Brand Ambassador / Promotions Associate

The Brand Ambassadors at MVMT Marketing are the face of our Client's brands. This is an Entry Level position, full training will be provided. Full time & part time availability, M-F. Description:

You will be present at events, pop-up shops and retail stands. You will engage with attendees or shoppers, answer questions and complete sales. 


  • You must be outgoing, people oriented, and professional

  • Must be team oriented

  • Must be at least 18 years old, and authoiried to work in the US.

  • Must have HS Diploma or Equivalent

  • Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus!

Team Leader / Trainer

The Team Leaders at MVMT Marketing are responsible for training, developing and managing a team of Brand Ambassadors and Promotional Sales Reps. They will be fully trained in a Client's portfolio, services, and campaign details. They will attend meetings, run workshops, and receive full training in terms of team development. 


  • Previous team lead experience preferred 

  • Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or promotions preferred. 

  • Must have excellent leadership skills

  • Must have excellent communication skills

  • Must enjoy working with a team and managing others

  • Must be adaptable, organized and pay attention to detail. 

  • Must be a self-starter, with desire to grow and overachieve.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is the right hand of the Account Manager. They will be responsible for conducting market research, running meetings, training classes, workshops, and learn how to organize event/stand logistics/in-store promotions. The Assistant Manager will also work with the HR/Administrative team to select candidates, interview and hire new employees. An Assistant Manager will have the opportunity to  grow into a Management / Executive position taking over business development of new accounts. 


  • Must posses an "entrepreneur" mindset.

  • Must be reliable, result-oriented and hardworking.

  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Must be career oriented.

  • Experience in a leadership role is preferred

  • Experience in sales, customer service, retail or restaurant is preferred. 

  • Must be authorized to work in the US and have reliable transportation
